Martin McArthur is a member of the Institute of Directors, the Personal Finance Society, the Society of Mortgage Professionals, and the Chartered Insurance Institute. Former director and chairman of Bobath Scotland Children's Charity 2007 - 2009, former chairman of Insurance and Actuarial Society of Lanarkshire 2000 - 2001. Martin is also a member of the Personal Finance Society and has advanced qualifications in Taxation, Trusts, Investment and Mortgages and has 34 years; pensions experience and manages a portfolio of individual pensions, pension plans and employer group pension schemes.
Martin has amassed a vast amount of knowledge and experience throughout his career. He established MKM Financial Management in June 2002, dedicating himself to providing his clients and Professional Introducers appropriate professional independent financial advise with a personal touch. This has resulted in consistent and loyal client interaction over the last 22 years.
Martin also established MKN Estate Agents LTD in 2015 which compliments further the range of services the MKN Brand can provide.
Martin has worked in financial services since 1990 and prior to this Martin worked for HMRC.
Martin is very actively involved with various charities, being a former chairman of Bobath Scotland. Martin has been heavily involved throughout his career in fund raising for Bobath Scotland and other charities such as St Andrews Hospice, Yorkhill Children's Hospital, NSPCC and Monkland's Endowment Diabetic Charity.
